Welcome to CASA New Orleans

Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), of New Orleans, is a not-for-profit agency, providing trained volunteers who advocate on behalf of children (birth to 18) who have been judged victims of abuse and/or neglect. Although being a CASA is a volunteer position, the duties carried out by a CASA are extremely important. Along with a sincere commitment, volunteers must be responsible, articulate and mature. No special education or skills are required. Thorough training and continual support is provided.

Since 1987, CASA New Orleans has helped to make a difference in the lives of abused, abandoned and neglected children in Orleans Parish. We have trained hundreds of volunteers who have served thousands of children over the years. Do you have the heart, the commitment and the ability to step up to this challenge?
